As painters, we are all drawn to color. It doesn’t matter if it’s shades of white and the muted softer Scandinavian tones that I love or the exciting, bold colors that catch your eye, and maybe make your blood run a little quicker. Everyone has their favorite color. Not too surprisingly studies show that you most people tend to decorate with their favorite color that they buy for clothing. As I said in a past blog post if you want to know your favorite color just look in your closet.
Sometimes, either when decorating or choosing clothing, it’s time to get out of our rut…and find a new color. We are trained in color and love helping our clients and friends pick and choose what is perfect for them. Our paint lines have many colors to choose from, but unlike ordinary paint lines, we don’t have so many that it’s hard to decide.
But… that does not mean you don’t have choices. You can always mix a color that indeed makes your project special.
